Rarely did you ever hear Kurt Cobain give an interview and not mention his two biggest influences, The Pixies and The Melvins. So, over the years I had heard the name (The Melvins) and had a rough idea of what they where about. But suffice to say, they aren’t the type of band you can walk into Target and pick up.
